Defining the menu
Before the start of your villa holiday, ChefHoliday will introduce you to the dedicated chef. Together you can define the menu for each day, choosing from the best that Italian cuisine has to offer for unforgettable breakfasts and dinners.
Groceries management
You won’t have to worry about finding a supermarket to shop for. The chef will take care of selecting the best raw materials with which to make the dishes of the agreed menu. Everything you need will arrive directly at your holiday home.
On-site preparation
The menu will be prepared on the spot in the villa’s kitchen. Our chefs are all professionals certified by ChefBooking and express all the experience of their craftsmanship in their dishes.
Table service
We have designed ChefHoliday with the aim of giving you an experience of total relaxation. That’s why as soon as they are ready in the kitchen, the dishes will be served at the table by our dedicated chef. If your group is particularly large, we will offer you an additional room attendant.
Tiding up
After each meal, the spaces used for the preparation of the dishes are tidied up and sanitized by the chef. We know well that order and cleanliness must reign in the kitchen and we always put this principle into practice.

"Impeccable dishes"
Chef Erne proves to have talent and creativity but above all maturity despite his young age. The proposals, in addition to the Langhe tradition, range from the creative and the experimentation of several raw materials. The dish is impeccably presented, the setting is fine, the colors are relaxing, the cuisine of Chef Erne is artistic but substantial, and it is understood that behind there is someone capable in the kitchen. However, Chef Erne and his staff should certainly be known, because it is nice to meet capable and prepared young people, humble and enthusiastic ready to question themselves if necessary, in these times when cooks like to show themselves whiners or whores as a dowry is not bad.

"Every dish is made with love"
I did the cooking class with Marcello and when you see him in the kitchen you fall in love with good food, he is passionate and it shows! The love he puts into preparing the dishes is unique and you can feel it in the taste of what he prepares, you see it with your eyes because each of his dishes is an explosion of colors, flavors and crunchiness. The best thing is that he teaches you not to throw anything away and that he always uses seasonal products. what else to say …. seeing is believing!
